Meet Fleur
An award-winning Interior Designer of residential and commercial spaces, Fleur works with her clients to create harmonious, joyful, and timeless spaces that reflect the unique taste and needs of every client. Fleur is known for her impeccable style and breathtaking transformations.
Fleur received her Interior Design degree from the Art Career School in New York. She mastered fine arts under the direction of the famous Iranian-Armenian artist Haroutiun Minasean. Many of Fleur’s works of arts are exhibited nationally and internationally. Fleur’s exceptional background in the fine arts gives her a unique edge as an Interior Designer; particularly, in color selection, and creation of appropriate portion, scale, harmony, and balance.
Fleur is the founder of Fleur Interiors. She started her career more than 30 years ago, designing both residential and commercial spaces. Fleur was selected as the top designer in the Washington DC Metropolitan area by the Washington Family Magazine for three consecutive years. Fleur’s fresh perspective and attention to detail is evident from the initial consultation to the completion of each project. Adept at color selection, creative space planning, and innovative use of light, textures, and lines, she and her team will take on projects large and small and work within all budget constraints.
Fleur’s design philosophy is to treat every client and project individually, become co-creators with each client and to navigate each design decision together. She shares her knowledge and tips-of-the-trade freely with her clients and works on their behalf with various vendors, sub-contractors, and trade resources to create beautiful spaces that are loved for their beauty, and their practicality.
